Locomotive was light engine heading into Concord from Canterbury, NH just after passing over the railroad bridge over the Merrimack River. The railroad blames rogue snowmobilers trespassing on the tracks that built up substantial frost heaves. State DOT is investigating at FRA request and final determination is a while away. Both crew members are fine after treatment for bumps and bruises.
