WA-AY AT CPF #273

WA-AY lead by SD-40-2 #609, SD-40-2 #600, GP-40 #319 is seen at about to zip around SE-PO with CSX AC4400W #587, AC44CW #5110. After WA-AY cleared the switch it was thrown for SE-PO. When that happened the sitting train completed the crossing circuit, and the gates went down. He started up and then went into emergency. I think it was a broken air hose, but he was stuck there for 25 minuets. The gates were down the whole time.
