Housatonic waiting on track 1 in Pittsfield for Q427 & Amtrack 449 to pass before leaving town. Track 1 is OOS just beyond where they are as CSX is lowering the track for double stacks as part of their clearence project. With track 2 as the only through track open through Pittsfield at the time traffic does bottle up.
