Abandoned railroad bridge near Braggville

Three miles southwest of the better-known eight-arch span near the center of Holliston (Mass.) is this bridge, which went out of service in 1972. Cranberries were once grown here commercially, but now the woods and the beavers have moved back in. The bridge supports a popular recreational trail.

Photographed by David Bastille, 2008.
