South Acton Train Station Groundbreaking

As the symbolic first shovels went into the dirt for the new groundbreaking, at train whistled and PASSED THROUGH the old station. At first is seemed like an ordinary commuter, except for the engine being on the Boston end of the train. As I continued taking pictures of dignitaries, and ignoring the train, a trailing locomotive appeared, followed by Amfleet cars. Then , trailing was additional Amtrak and MBTA power. Only then did I realize what I had missed.
