VTR RDBD Proctor 3/30/13

BDRD got out of Rutland at reasonable time and the day was off to a good start. However that all went out the window when they reached the North Street bridge only to find a large bolder blocking the track. They've since made a reverse move south to the Vermont Marble Museum and have been holding the main for a little over an hour while MOW clears the way. Perhaps after the crew change the day will get back on track. Todays power is VTR 310, VTR 207, CLP 306. The time is 07:45.
