BKRR 605 at Eagle Bridge NY -- Saturday May 25, 2013

On what could only be described as one of the truly "rotten" weather days of this year with temperatures in the low 40's and a cold driving rain -- the Batten Kill's 605 prepares to drop ten empties at Eagle Bridge NY on Saturday May 25. The engine is at the north switch of the passing siding, and the newly constructed east track (north) switch was installed Friday, providing a temporary home for Riegal's tamper on this Memorial Day weekend.

Photographed by Cully, May 25, 2013.
Added to the photo archive by John (Cully) Cullinan, May 26, 2013.
Railroad: Battenkill.
