Pan Am Grain car sits lopsided because of a De-rail near the Winslow/Waterville intersection. This line has been used quite frequently lately and this line is known to local people as the Lower Road that use to go from the rail yard in Waterville all the way to the Mainline "Rockland Branch" in Brunswick, Me.
