POED's power idles on the left (MEC 612 - MEC 603 - NS 3468) while Amtrak Downeaster Train 691 passes on the right. 691 has AMTK 174 - AMTK 90220. POED's power is waiting for Amtrak to clear so they can use the bypass track to get to the west end of the yard and get their train.
