The Pan Am Railways office car special train is seen laying over at North Adams, Mass. on August 19, 2014. The train conveyed Gov. Deval Patrick and representatives of PAR the following morning to Greenfield, MA where a press conference was held announcing the purchase of the Pan Am Southern Springfield - Northfield, MA rail corridor by Mass.DOT. Too bad the two PAR FP9s weren't facing west instead of east. It would have made a very nice shot under some dramatic lighting (seen here). If you look closely you can actually see the tiny white stars in the deep blue night sky.
