Norfolk Southern # 9486 helping out the EDPO on the back end of the train. Originally, Norfolk Southern # 9486 was the lead locomotive on 22K which was about 15 minutes behind the EDPO. However, They had to take the lead locomotive of 22K to help out the EDPO to help them out. Also in the picture is Pan Am # 310 sitting quietly in the yard at Gardner, Massachusetts
