Mass Coastal 2008 at County Road/Otis Jct. headed for the Upper Cape Transfer Station with 4 empties. Transfer station closes tonight after 30 years of transferring trash from Cape Cod to SEMASS in Rochester, MA. Empties will be filled today and hauled out tonight.
