This is a D&H local northbound at Crescent (CPF477) which operated from Kenwood Yard (Albany) to Whitehall, NY. The cars on the "head pin" are the Tank Train cars that were in service between the Port of Albany and Burlington, VT handling gasoline and fuel oil. The VTR handled these cars from Whitehall to Burlington via Rutland. This servive is still in place today. The track in foregound is the B&M Rotterdam Branch. Thanks to Bruce Nelson.
