After passing the empty coal train approximately 15 minutes earlier, EDPO hits the single track at CPF-312 on the Stony Brook with a standard cab D9-40C leading ... a preview of things to come in the next few years. In fact, in two years time, CPF-312 will become the east end of Pan Am Southern joint operation with NS. BTW, NS standard cab D9s are still seen on Pan Am having arrived on a 28N a few days back.
