PAS Train 22K At Florida, MA

The echo of a train whistle fills the air as PAS train 22K approaches the grade crossing just outside of the east portal of the Hoosac Tunnel. The NS heritage engine The Erie leads the way on this misty rainy afternoon in the picturesque Deerfield Valley. The train was held briefly a few hundred yards from here while train 287 approached CPF415 from the east.
