2013 - An Hour Later and a Different Locomotive

AMTK 946 (AEM7) leads Train 162 into Kingston, RI less than an hour after an HHP8 had brought train 160 into town. The cloudy skies this day made it possible to get this shot with the depot in the background; on a sunny day the sun makes this angle almost impossible. Also note the protective roof over the track 1 platform to the right; protection was included in the plans for the new high-level platforms, but not in the budget, so the only protection on the track 1 side is provided by the structure protecting the stairs and the elevator on the track 1 end of the footbridge.
