Eastbound Amtrak Regional Passing Track 3 Work at Kingston

AMTK 656 (ACS-64) leads eastbound regional train away from its stop at Kingston station and past the contractor working on the sub-roadbed for track 3. The signals in the distance are the home signals for Kingston interlocking, which will be the east end of the new track.
