Work on Track 3 Continues as Regional Passes

In the short time it has taken train 162 to reach the workers preparing for track 3, the power equipment has swung 90 degrees and its rear overhang in close enough to require a conductor flagman to get foul time from the dispatcher and also to install a shunt on the tracks, which tricks the warning signs on the new track 1/3 platform in Kingston to think a train is approaching and kick off the warning message on the speakers.
