Former Canadian National business car 84, owned by a private individual from Stonington, CT, was stored on the property of the Narragansett Pier (again per A Short Haul to the Bay)

I'm guessing this coach/parlor car became Old Colony and Newport #74 "Nelson Blount" - here are links to a couple of photos that looks almost identical except for some roof vent removal:

Apparently this car was built by the Laconia Car Co for the B&M in 1904. I think the car may be undergoing restoration work: http://trainsri.com/old-colony-newport/
