PC 80 X-NYC RDC-2 in South Side Commuter Rail service. X-NYC RDC's were easily differentiated from NH's because no Hancock whistle/horn, no pilot, and truck mounted sand boxes.

Very interesting picture! It looks like the RDC is attached to a conventional train that is on the track that comes from Dover/Medfield/Millis? And the switch to the left is the line to Needham Heights that today's T commuter trains use?
