Amtrak train #20 Bay State westbound passing through CP33 with X-NH Roger Williams cab car and non cab car. Amtrak has removed the skirting revealing under sides of cars. When new in Shoreline service to Grand Central cab cars were equipped with a traction motor and third rail electrical pick up shoes. Don't know if the two diesel motors in each cars shut down or were just on idle when operating in third rail territory.
