Trail Blazing On The Hoosick Branch

A pair of Vermont Railway locomotives are seen plowing through the deep snow on the branch that runs from North Bennington, VT to Hoosick Junction at N. Hoosick, NY. I took this photo the day after the big March 14th snowstorm. Some of the towns in Southern Vermont received between 18 and 30 inches of snow from the storm. The two engines seen here are heading down to Hoosick Junction. Lots of snow flying along the way!
