A pair of southbound VTR locomotives are seen kicking up the snow between Manchester and Arlington, Vermont on March 15, 2017. The day after the big March 14th snowstorm. The two light engines were moving along at a good clip and I had a tough time trying to get ahead of them. Unfortunately I did not have time enough to set up my tripod and camcorder at most of the locations.
