New Amtrak Regional Train 149 at West Kingston, RI

AMTK 638 (ACS-64) leads new Sunday-only train 149 past the pond west of Kingston station (and just east of the site of the new Liberty Interlocking at the west end of the new track 3). Train 149 replaces train 163 on the Sunday schedule, as the old 163 schedule would have put it about 20 minutes ahead of new Acela 2261, which would not have helped 2261 maintain its schedule. 149 follows about 20 minutes behind 2261 at Kingston.
