Amtrak Acela 2003 passes thru the future site of Liberty interlocking at the west end of the new track 3 in West Kingston, RI, while operating as new weekend train 2248. Train 2248 replaces train 2250 on both Saturday and Sunday, operating about an hour ahead of the old schedule.
