BN-1 at Boston Switch

A weird mix of ex-New Haven diesels heads up Boston-New Haven (Cedar Hill) train BN-1 at Boston Switch tower in Central Falls, RI: U25B, RS3, FA1, GP9. It was unusual to see the U25Bs mated with older power.

Photographed by Tom Nelligan, October 26, 1969.
Added to the photo archive by Tom Nelligan, April 14, 2017.
Railroad: Penn Central.
