RBBX Red Circus Train at Northbridge, MA

PW (PWRZ?) 3906 and PW 3907 (B39-8E's) lead the RBBX Red Circus Train through Northbridge, MA on the train's final run as a working circus train. Reportedly the other P&W until newly painted in the GNWR colors was in Worcester but was not used to create a matched set for this train.
I find the PWRZ reporting marks under the road number on the side of the 3906's cab a bit confusing; it does not look like a piggyback trailer, for which I always thought that 'Z' in the final position of reporting marks was reserved. Guess I'm falling behind the times.
