In the late 1960s/early 1970s, the Boston & Maine operated a daily transfer job between Mechanicville and Selkirk yards, running over the former NYC freight line between Rotterdam Junction and Selkirk on trackage rights. Two GP7s headed up this run somewhere outside Selkirk.
