Pittsfield Union StationFrom 1914 to 1968 this elegant building served Boston & Albany passengers at Pittsfield, and the New Haven's too until the NH moved out in 1960. It stood approximately on the site of the current Amtrak station. Had I known that it would be closed and demolished less than a year after I took this picture, I would have shot a lot more there.
