Headed by a pair of former Pennsylvania RR RS-3s assigned to ex-New Haven territory, Penn Central train PL-1 (Providence-Lowell) hits the diamond at Walpole. The crew has the cab door open for a breeze on a cloudy but hot summer afternoon.
