Stoughton local

The final regular assignment for the New Haven's last passenger service RS-3 was rush hour standard equipment trains 800/811 (everything else on the branch was Budds) between Boston and Stoughton. The 526 awaited departure from South Station on a misty afternoon in the fall of 1968. In December it would be damaged beyond repair in a collision while working a local freight at Walpole.
