BM 806 SW-8 pulling off the south wye of the ex-NH Old Colony. I believe this is when PC arranged for the B&M to switch their customers in Lowell on their line. The one active customer left was Container Corp???? Couple of things I notice 45 years later in this photo: piece of plywood that was probably used as dunnage on the left side walkway (crews were notorious for scavenging stuff) and even with the then required foot boards there was a semblance on a snow plow pilot.
