VTR 432 leads 2684 and 431 south into Arlington Vt. in the early afternoon of Sunday October 08. Sporadic dull foliage is showcased throughout much of Vermont prior to "Nate's" arrival, and we await that hurricane's attempt to denude what color has been displayed so far.
