MVRR 8

Moshassuck Valley 8 -- GE, 300 HP, 50 tonner -- has arrived at the Saylesville yard in Lincoln, RI from the ex New Haven interchange at Woodlawn in Pawtucket, RI. I am standing with my back to Higginson Ave. The engine house is on the left. The yard was once a busy place and a good spot to watch switching operations when I was a young kid. However, when I shot this the road was not very active and in three months would be part of the P&W.
