EMD's first F40PH, Amtrak 200, pauses at New London with an eastbound Corridor train on a bleak winter afternoon. After retirement as an active locomotive, it would be converted into a cab/baggage "cabbage" and assigned out of Chicago on Midwest corridor runs.
