Same location I took previous photo on 9/13/2017 to compare. Mass Coastal is cleaning out & replacing ties on the Otis spur, as Rail traffic has resumed to the UCRTS Station on Joint Base Cape Cod

Is the traffic just trash/debris and/or other industrial traffic? There's quite a bit of track there.

Traffic is C&D disposal by Rail from the Upper Cape Cod Transfer Station shipping to out of state landfills and any Military traffic to / from Joint Base Cape Cod
