Amtrak Regional Extra Train 1171 Stopping at Kingston

AMTK 649 (ACS-64) leads Regional Extra train 1171 to its stop in Kingston, RI on Thanksgiving morning. Train 1171, bound for Roanoke, ran about 45 minutes ahead of the normal weekday schedule for train 171 to Roanoke, which was not running on the holiday schedule. Train 1171 did manage to uproot the pigeons on the far elevator tower after those same pigeons stayed put as an Acela passed 12 minutes earlier.
