Junk freight overtakes the premium train

Back in summer of 2014, before MBTA turned two tracks into three at Wachusett, EDPO passed a tied-down 22K intermodal train. Maybe there wasn't room at the inn 15 miles down the line at Hill yard for what I understand to be the Pan Am Southern's money maker train...
