A former New Haven RDC on a branchline run out of Waterbury hums along the Naugatuck River at the scenic location called High Rock between Naugatuck and Beacon Falls, CT. At this time Conrail was the operator of this service as a contractor for the New York MTA and Connecticut DOT.
