Amtrak was honoring CTrail's $0 fare and the 2 car shuttle consists were taxed such that not everyone that wanted to get on as a standee, was permitted to do so! CTrail consists were 4 coaches v. the shuttles' 2 cars so there was a bit of a capacity mis-match. )-:
