Portland bound.

The American Freedom Train has departed, following its visit to Burlington and is crossing the Winooski River at Essex, VT. On reaching White River Junction, an EMD switcher will be added to the rear to help on the climb out of the Conn. River valley. Once the helper cuts off, the move will continue on the B&M through Concord, NH. and Lowell, MA. to its destination.
