A set of still-new 01600/01500 series MBTA Red Line cars crosses the Longfellow Bridge across the Charles while making a trip from Quincy Center to Harvard Square. At the MBTA used letter designations for Red Line destinations, A=Quincy, B=Ashmont, and C=Harvard. (Braintree didn't get trains uintil 1980.)
