Yes, October of '73

The return trip from Vermont was miserable. Coaling for the return was a problem, the lights were out (the trip ran into darkness which was unplanned) and there was no food or drink for the coaches.. Except in the forward car, where lights and iced beverages were available to the hoi-polloi. There was close to an armed mutiny just to try to get something to drink.
