HN-2's crewman has contacted the Dispatcher and is waiting near the phone box to call once again. The issue is; how soon the train can be given a "clear path" to its next stop, along with sufficient working time, once it gets there.

Love the diverse power set! So would this be a Harlem River Yard to New Haven road local serving wayside industries? It would be tough to get those Acelas / Regionals around these freights if such line-side customers still existed! Great photo!
