With a rare all-EMD/GMD power set of SD40-3/GP40-3/GP40-2LW, POED parts the sea of new ties at Patterson Rd, Shirley. POED is moving slowly as there is a stop board ahead at the gantry signal at Shirley where the Keolis work zone starts.
