I was curious about the C425's stubby littlle horns mounted below the roof line (for catenary clearance?) so I did a Google image search and found a picture of the exact same train leaving the Shoreline at Devon taken by "The General" ;-) http://www.railpictures.net/photo/373605/

You posted 62 beauties at railpictures - having grown up along the EL/LV in New York's Southern Tier, I especially liked the photo of the LV U23Bs (or actually ex-LV given the LV had been swallowed up by Conrail at the time of the photo) in front of the Sayre station and the shot of wb EL freight at Smithboro.
