Pan Am Jet Snow Blower awaits call to duty at Ayer

In December 2014, while a yard crew handles intermodal cars at the north end of Hill Yard, Pan Am's Portec Jet Snow Blower rests up for what will prove to be a brutally cold and snowy winter (remember February 2015?). Q: In the Pan Am herald on the Snow Blower, anyone know the significance of the number "50106"? I've seen similar numbers in the heralds applied to a Speed Swing ("30139R") and a Front Loader ("32841R").
