This tank car was setoff at Broco Oil in Haverhill MA sometime last week or so. LA-1 MEC 381-510 came up yesterday 1/9/2019 with 4 gondolas full of rebar & 1 hopper car for WBC..they shoved the tank car just past the access Rd over the Hale St siding to make room for the gondolas
