This is the fifth car at the Upper Cape Transfer Station. This one is at EOT and has a bad order tag on the opposite side. Strategy must have changed at the station, or at MC. I haven't seen a complement of cars parked out there apparently waiting to be loaded until today. Time: About 4 PM.
