11R in East Deerfield

Here was the 11R Crew putting together their train in East Deerfield on a chilly January morning. We were looking west over the new World Famous Railfan Bridge.

This 11R would end up being over 9000 feet in length. Norfolk Southern Power included: 7506 (ES44DC), 8032 (ES44AC), 4096 (AC44C6M - DC to AC Rebuild), and 1013 (SD70ACe).

The new bridge is open, the west side is completed, the east side looking into the yard is still under construction. My sage advice, please don't lean against the temporary chain link fence to get your shot.
